We process your store's customers' data as a processor, only on the instructions of the store, which is its controller. A consumer contacts the store about their data.

None of your store's customers' data is transferred outside the European Union.
Evalently uses no language model (LLM) and no image detector running outside the EU.
Error reports go to Sentry in its EU region and contain no data about stores' customers.
Encrypted backups are kept on the operator's premises in Poland.
